At Dappad Launchpad, we are dedicated to providing a transparent and fair platform for our users to participate in blockchain projects. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital currency transactions, our policy is that all sales of tokens through the Dappad Launchpad are final. Refunds are not available once a transaction has been completed, except under the following conditions:
Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before the tokens are distributed to investors, Dappad Launchpad will issue a full refund to the investors' original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Technical Issues: If technical errors on the part of Dappad Launchpad directly result in the incorrect execution of a transaction (e.g., overcharging), a refund of the overcharged amount will be considered.
Regulatory Changes: If changes in regulatory requirements prevent the distribution of tokens to investors or the operation of a project, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Dappad Launchpad.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the conditions listed above, users must:

Provide a detailed description of the transaction and the reason for the refund request.
Include any relevant transaction identifiers (e.g., transaction hash, user ID).
Refund Process
Upon receiving a refund request, Dappad Launchpad will:
Review the request to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
Notify the user of the decision within 14 days of receiving the request. If additional information is needed, the user will be informed accordingly.
Process eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing constraints of the blockchain and banking systems.
Limitations
Refunds are limited to the amount of the original transaction in the currency used for the transaction. Dappad Launchpad is not responsible for changes in the value of cryptocurrencies or any transaction fees that may apply.
Refunds may be subject to deductions equivalent to any transaction fees or other charges incurred by Dappad Launchpad.
Changes to the Refund Policy
Dappad Launchpad reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Refund Policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
